Both Kicks in at 1.1 to 1.35 volts. I am wondering if Dragon Center Overrides RYzen Master Settings. With either DC or RM if you use it you can see the settings change in bios (of course) so its not like they are changing anything different. MSI is basically offering you overclocking settings that they came up with for your chip and board. Msi Dragon Center Software Software Control ForThe same is true if you use the performance knob thing or the software control for it. I have tried some of their settings, the most extreme setting my 3800x to 4.5 but its of course only single core and their settings run hot as hell for me. I get better results just using ryzen master auto OC 200 for single core as it runs cooler but these chips dont really OC much anyways. Just been running it stock, no PBO, no nothing and I still get boosts just past 4.5 in time spy. I think I read that they did a better job with the 3900x so it may be worth doing some testing but, I have no experience with that chip level 1 1 point 4 months ago I accidentally turned it on while running a Ryzen 7 2700x with a stock cooler my PC turned off, I had to turn it back on and quikly boot up dragon center and turn that shit off before it cooked my PC level 1 1 point 3 months ago Bit late to the party but stumbled across your thread. I was having major temperature problems and could not figure out why. Looking at my Ryzen Master everything looked normal apart from the temps. This was making my cores run at 4.1 and had essentially OCd my CPU without me realizing even though and ryzen master was still set to 3.6. Because I only have a stock cooler, this was causing massive temp spikes. No idea if and when I turned gaming mode on but it seemed to override my Ryzen Master settings View entire discussion ( 9 comments) More posts from the MSIGaming community Continue browsing in rMSIGaming rMSIGaming Official MSI GAMING subreddit.
